Error message

I have installed the the MSSQL Server 2000 along with its
service pack 2. However, I am getting an error message
(pop window) that says:
isqlw.exe - Ordinal Not Found
"The ordinal 29 could not be located in the dynamic link
library odbcbcp.dll"
Please help me resolve this issue.
ThanksThe error is usually caused by MDAC issues (mismatched
dlls). Try applying the latest service pack (SP3a) or
reapply you mdac version. You can check versions with the
component checker. The component check and recent MDAC
versions are available for download from:
