Error Message from Analysis Services Manager

My user sent me this error when trying to create a new
dimension:
"Failed to load control 'POMDimensionBrowser' from . Your
version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the
version of the control that was provided with your
application.
This menu item is unavailable at this time."
This is on a new install of AS with SP3 applied and a SQL
Server 2000 Server with SP3.

Try reinstaling SP3 fro AS
