From you description, it seems that you want to restore the backup file onto the database server on your hoster, right?
If so, first you should make sure that the database server has enabled the remote connection, after that , upload the bak file on to your server. Then, you can use your local SQLServer Enterprise Manager to connect the remote database engine, use the bak file you uploaded to restore your database. If you have met error during the restore, please show the error message for further help.
