Error message - Delphi

Looking for answer to error message that just started
showing up on 2 of our sql7 servers. Both NT4 and sp3
Unable_To_Set_RegKey_Val
any ideas?
--ScottDoesn't look like a SQL Server error to me. Exactly where do you see this error?
